We will make every reasonable effort to complete and ship your order within the original advertised timeline. However, Forge & Thread Supply Company is not responsible for any delays resulting from:

  • Inclement weather or natural disasters

  • Supply chain issues or material backorders

  • Customer errors (e.g., incorrect shipping information or delayed proof approvals)

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We offer a range of shipping options at checkout. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been produced and shipped. Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will work with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue, but please understand that once the package is in the hands of the carrier, certain issues may be outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
